Teymur Taghiyev is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff of NEQSOL Holding, appointed COO in May 2026 while continuing as Chief of Staff, a role he has held since 2023. He joined the Group in 2018 as Head of Strategy and Project Management Office. He acts as a strategic partner to Group CEO Kirill Rubinski, translating the Group's strategic priorities into coordinated execution, strengthening cross-functional alignment, driving business process optimization, improving performance visibility, and leading Group-level initiatives, corporate resilience and crisis response. He also heads NEQSOL Holding's operations in Ukraine. He holds a degree in International Law from Baku State University and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London, and has completed the Chief of Staff certification program at Harvard University and the Strategy Execution program at Duke University.
